I. Job Responsibilities
– Manage and supervise daily operations at retail stores to ensure compliance with operational procedures and service quality standards.
– Collaborate with other departments to optimize retail performance, including inventory control, product display, and customer service.
– Analyze sales and operational data to propose solutions that enhance customer experience and improve business performance.
– Support staff training and guide operational procedures to ensure employees follow company standards.

II. Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
– 1–3 years of experience in retail operations, store management, or similar roles.
– Strong organizational, time management, and teamwork skills.
– Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
– Willing to work in Tay Ninh and travel when required.
