On April 25, AHA Vietnam Urban Development Investment JSC broke ground on a new urban area project in Ninh Thanh Ward, Tay Ninh City, named The Heritage Tay Ninh.

The project is located at the center of Tay Ninh City’s key tourism connectivity axis, 2 km from the Cao Dai Holy See and 6 km from Ba Den Mountain-a destination that attracts millions of visitors each year-situated at the intersection between Tay Ninh City and Hoa Thanh Town.

The event received attention from central and local government agencies. The activity not only demonstrates the commitment of AHA Vietnam Urban Development Investment JSC to contributing to the sustainable development of Tay Ninh but also marks the beginning of a journey to further develop the province, anticipating economic growth and attracting investment in the coming period.

The new urban area project spans nearly 50 hectares and is designed following the living – regenerative – experiential urban model, envisioned as a unique urban symbol where traditional identity meets high living standards, bringing pride and sustainable value to this heritage-rich land.

According to the plan, the project will be developed by AHA Vietnam with an integrated system of amenities including healthcare services, green parks, experiential spaces, sports areas, and entertainment facilities, along with a variety of product types such as shophouses, townhouses, and villas.

Coinciding with the celebrations of the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 – April 30, 2025) and the 50th anniversary of Tay Ninh Province’s liberation, the groundbreaking ceremony for the new urban area project in Ninh Thanh Ward, Tay Ninh City is considered one of the important events of Tay Ninh Province and a great honor for the investor.
